How can I pay for my treatment?

We currently accept cash and card payments. Please be mindful that there is a small surcharge on all credit card purchases.

Can I cancel/change my appointment?

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment please get in touch with us as soon as possible. If you’re unable to attend your appointment we request you provide us with 48 hours, please note cancellations less than 48 hours prior may incur a $50 fee. Cancellation within 24 hours of your appointment or a no show will result in a payment of 50% of your treatment.

 

​I’m pregnant/breastfeeding, can I have cosmetic injectable treatments?

There is currently insufficient clinical research to support these treatments are safe while either pregnant or breastfeeding so we will be unable to provide these treatments during this period. You are welcome to contact us or come in for consult so we can discuss your future goals!

Can I bring people to my appointment with me?

Some clients love to bring a friend for your treatments, and you are welcome to do so, just make sure you let us know in the comments section when booking your appointment! (please be mindful that as part of our consultation process we do need to ask some questions about your medical history so it’s worth bringing someone you’re comfortable sharing this with).

 

Where are you located?

Jordan Aesthetics is located upstairs inside Cropped Hair & Beauty at Loughnan Road, Ringwood. We’re the last building in the row of shops (look for the door with the big key handle!) next to Loughnan Road Milk Bar.

 

Where can I park?

We have parking right out the front otherwise there street parking is available close by.

Please note Jordan Aesthetics will only treat patients 18 years and older, regardless of whether parental consent is provided.
